Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete project requirements
Timely feedback and approvals at project milestones
Providing necessary access, credentials, and resources
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Backup of their data and information

Service Limitations

Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee 100% availability of websites or applications we develop. Maintenance windows and unexpected outages may occur.

Third-Party Dependencies

Our services may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, or services. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these external services.

Warranty and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on custom development work, covering:

Freedom from critical bugs in delivered code

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives termination of our agreement.

Termination

Project Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

Client is responsible for payment of completed work
Work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Puducherry, India.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or pandemic-related restrictions.
