- Planning & Design Phase (0-25% completion): 75% refund of total project cost
- Development Phase (26-75% completion): 25% refund of remaining balance
- Testing & Deployment Phase (76-100% completion): No refund available
Website Design & Development
- Before Design Approval: 80% refund of paid amount
- After Design Approval, Before Development: 50% refund of paid amount
- During Development Phase: 25% refund of remaining balance
- After Website Delivery: No refund available
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly Packages: No refund for current month; future months can be cancelled
- Campaign Setup: 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of campaign launch
- Active Campaigns: No refund for active or completed campaigns
IT Consultancy Services
- Hourly Consultations: No refund for completed consultation sessions
- Project-based Consultancy: Refund calculated based on work completed
- Retainer Services: Unused retainer hours may be refunded with 30-day notice
Project Cancellation Terms
Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects under the following conditions:
- Written notice must be provided via email to contact@venkatdigital.shop
- Cancellation becomes effective 5 business days after written notice
- Payment for completed work and expenses incurred is due immediately
- All project materials and code developed will be delivered in current state
Company-Initiated Cancellation
Venkat may cancel projects in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment of invoices after 30 days past due
- Client breach of contract terms
- Unreasonable client demands or abusive behavior
- Project requirements that violate laws or ethical standards
Refund Process and Timeline
Refund Request Process

- Include project details, payment information, and reason for refund
- Provide any supporting documentation
- Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
Refund Timeline
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-14 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days after processing
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days depending on bank
- Digital Wallet Refunds: 1-3 business days
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Completed consultation sessions and advisory services
- Third-party software licenses purchased on client's behalf
- Domain registration and hosting fees
- Marketing campaigns that have been executed
- Training sessions that have been conducted
- Emergency support services
Partial Refunds
For partially completed projects, refunds will be calculated based on:
- Percentage of work completed at time of cancellation
- Resources and time invested in the project
- Deliverables that have been provided to the client
- Third-party costs incurred on client's behalf
Disputed Charges
Internal Resolution
Before initiating chargebacks or disputes with payment providers, we encourage clients to:
- Contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns
- Provide detailed information about the disputed charge
- Allow us 10 business days to investigate and respond
- Work collaboratively to find a mutually acceptable solution
Chargeback Policy
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in:
- Immediate suspension of all services
- Additional fees to cover chargeback processing costs
- Termination of ongoing projects
- Legal action to recover costs and damages
Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances
In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), standard refund policies may be modified to account for extraordinary circumstances. We will work with clients to find fair solutions during such events.
Client Satisfaction Guarantee
While our refund policy has specific terms, we are committed to client satisfaction:
- We provide regular project updates and milestone reviews
- Client feedback is incorporated throughout the development process

Modification of Services
